DESCRIPTION:

Nike Training Club is a functional training system inspired by the training of world-class professional athletes and led by an NTC Certified Trainer.

Added simple basic movements to maximize the effectiveness of interval techniques. Exercises are performed for time, not for quantity. Attention is paid to the most important physical qualities, such as strength, endurance, power endurance, balance and flexibility. Dumbbells, blocks, a step bench and other equipment, as well as only your own body weight, can be used in the lesson.

Exercises are individually adapted to the level of training - from simpler to more complex options.

INTENSITY: High

Classes are held in the SunFit gym.
